United States-Mexico Chamber of Commerce Headquarters Will Open in Las Colinas

The New U.S. Mexico Chamber of Commerce (USMCOC) and U. S.- Mexico Cultural and Educational Foundation (USMCEF) North American Headquarters will be located in a recently acquired and charming building in Irving-Las Colinas, Texas.   The new offices are located at 209 and 211 Mandalay Canal.
 
The United States-Mexico Chamber of Commerce (USMCOC) was founded in 1973.  The organization was formed by distinguished Mexican and U.S. businessman to promote trade, investment and joint ventures on both sides of the border.
 
To further promote stronger bilateral relations, the Chamber established the U.S.-Mexico Cultural and Educational Foundation in 1996. The foundation, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, oversees educational and cultural exchanges designed to develop business leaders of the future, infuse practical business knowledge into the academic realm and foment understanding between the neighboring countries.
 
The USMCOC has offices in Mexico City, Washington D.C., Los Angeles, among others.
 
A grand opening ceremony is scheduled for May 4th, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in their new offices at 211 Mandalay Canal in Irving (Las Colinas) with a "Cinco de Mayo" theme and spirit.  Live mariachi's will be performing.
 
Local officials and dignitaries will join us in our festivities, along with U.S-Mexico Chamber representatives from both countries.
