A 31-year-old Irving man suffered three gunshot wounds and was found Sunday, July 7th, in a south Fort Worth neighborhood.
Fort Worth Police responded to the 700 block of West Biddison St and arrested 43-year-old Hilario Carrera Acuna and was booked in jail just after 10:30 pm that same day.
Acuna is being charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
The victim was transported to a hospital and was reported to be in surgery Sunday evening. At this time, the victim's identity is not being revealed.
