The Irving Police Department (IPD) is actively investigating a series of aggravated robberies believed to be the work of the same suspect. Authorities have released surveillance video footage of the incidents to seek assistance from the public.
On December 7, 2023, an armed robbery took place at the Beer & Wine Store located in the 1400 block of N. Irving Heights, near the intersection of N. Irving Heights and Grauwyler Rd. The suspect targeted the establishment, and the incident was captured on surveillance cameras.
Subsequently, on December 19, 2023, another robbery occurred at a business situated in the 3900 block of N. Beltline Rd. The IPD is connecting the dots between these incidents, suspecting a common perpetrator.
