City of Irving Urges Renters to Report Maintenance Issues Promptly

The City of Irving Code Enforcement Department is advising renters to promptly contact their property management regarding any maintenance concerns related to heating, leaking or frozen water pipes, and windows or doors that are not closing properly. As winter weather sets in, it is crucial for residents to ensure their living spaces are well-maintained to avoid potential issues.

Residents are encouraged to have their property’s emergency contact numbers readily available, providing quick access to assistance during inclement weather events. In the event that a reported maintenance issue remains unresolved, renters are advised to contact the Code Enforcement Department at (972) 721-4949 or submit an online complaint for further assistance.
