The Irving Police Department is actively searching for a missing person last seen in the vicinity of the 4600 block of W. Airport Fwy (SH 183) in Irving, near 161 around Embassy Suites and Atrium Hotel, on February 2.
Authorities are urging the public to assist in locating Welch. She may have traveled from Arlington to Irving before her disappearance. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Irving Police Department at (972) 273-1010, available 24 hours.
Welch is described as a 24-year-old female, approximately 5'7" tall, weighing around 140 lbs, with brown hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a red jacket, black mesh shirt with polka dots, black leggings, and leopard slippers.
