On March 11, 2024, authorities responded to a shooting incident on Harry Hines Blvd around 11:45 PM. Upon arrival, officers discovered an abandoned vehicle. Further investigation revealed that the victim, who was found in the vehicle, had succumbed to injuries after being transported to a local hospital.
Less than half an hour later, at approximately 12:10 AM on March 12, officers traced the vehicle's registration to a residence on Gilford Street. Upon reaching the location, they discovered two individuals deceased from gunshot wounds.
As of now, no suspects are in custody. Preliminary investigations suggest a connection between the two incidents, indicating that they are not random acts of violence but potentially linked to criminal activity.
The identities of the victims are withheld pending notification of their next of kin. The ongoing investigation is documented under case number 040412-2024.
