Irving City Council Approves Construction Manager for Mustang Park Project

Irving City Council has taken a significant step forward in the development of the Mustang Park Multi-Generational Community Recreation and Aquatics Center Project. During its April 11 meeting, the council unanimously approved Steele and Freeman, Inc. for the role of Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR).

The selection of Steele and Freeman, Inc. for the CMAR position marks a crucial milestone in the project's progress. CMAR is a project delivery method that ensures efficient oversight from a construction manager from start to finish. This approach is expected to expedite the construction timeline for the Mustang Park facility while maintaining the highest standards of quality within the city's budget.

The Mustang Park project is part of the broader "Play Irving" initiative aimed at enhancing aquatics and recreation facilities in the city. With this approval, Irving residents can look forward to the realization of a modern and inclusive recreational space.
