Elderly Woman Missing in East Oak Cliff, Dallas

DALLAS - Police and loved ones are searching for 88-year-old Myrtle Polk, who disappeared earlier this week in the East Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas. A Silver Alert has been issued for her.

Myrtle Polk was last seen in the 1100 block of Indian Creek Trail, driving a black 2004 Lexus ES 330 with the license plate number BV7K204. She was last seen on Saturday, and her family is concerned due to her memory problems.

Phillip Polk, her son, who lives in Atlanta, returned to Dallas upon hearing of her disappearance. He mentioned that neighbors saw her Saturday morning in her front yard while someone was cutting her grass.

Family and friends have been canvassing the neighborhood and checking doorbell camera videos for clues. Myrtle Polk is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, 120 pounds, with white hair and brown eyes.
