The City of Irving’s Office of Emergency Management (OEM) is seeking public participation in developing a Hazard Mitigation Action Plan. Residents can contribute by completing a quick survey available from July 22 to August 23.
The survey aims to gather public perceptions and opinions about natural hazards in the City of Irving, as well as preferred methods and techniques for preventing and responding to such hazards, including severe weather. The insights gained will help improve the city’s preparedness and response strategies.
The questionnaire, intended for adults and preferably the head of the household, should take less than 30 minutes to complete. Participation is both voluntary and anonymous.
