Bedford Police responded to a terroristic threat at the Walmart Supercenter, located at 4101 SH 121, just before noon on Thursday. Upon arrival, officers found that the store had already been evacuated. The suspect, a former employee of the store, was located and immediately detained by the officers.
The officers proceeded to clear the building, ensuring no one was inside. The suspect was subsequently arrested and charged with a terroristic threat. He was then transported to the local jail for processing. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
