North Lake Natatorium Reopens with Exciting Aquatics Programs Starting October 3

Classes, programs, and events for the Irving Sharks Swim Team are set to return to North Lake Natatorium on Thursday, October 3.

Hours of Operation:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6 AM to 7 AM, 5 PM to 9 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 6 AM to 7 AM, 11:30 AM to 2 PM, 5 PM to 9 PM
Saturday: Noon to 4 PM
Sunday: Closed

Upcoming Events at North Lake Natatorium:

October 5: Aqua Queens: Women’s Celebration Swim | All Ages | Youth $2, Adult $3
Celebrate empowerment at this annual women’s swim event, featuring a refreshing swim in a fun, supportive atmosphere.
October 19: Guard Ready | Noon to 2 PM | Ages 14 and older | Free
Prepare for lifeguarding with an instructor to improve swimming skills and pass pretests. Participants who pass are eligible for the Irving Lifeguard Certification.
Saturdays: Aqua Synergy Aerobics | 8:45 to 9:30 AM | Ages 18 and older | $2
Enjoy an invigorating water aerobics workout designed to enhance energy and fitness.
Tuesdays & Thursdays: Aqua Sunrise Aerobics | 7 to 7:45 AM | Ages 18 and older | $2
This low-impact aqua aerobics class focuses on improving joint stability, coordination, heart health, and strength.
