On Saturday, October 26, around 7 p.m., a Black male initially entered the Helzberg Diamonds store at the Tanger Outlet Mall near Texas Motor Speedway, located at 15438 North Freeway, Fort Worth, TX, appearing as a customer. Moments later, he returned with three additional Black males. Armed with hammers, the group smashed display cases, prompting store employees and customers to flee in fear for their safety.
The suspects took an undetermined amount of jewelry before fleeing the store on foot. Multiple customers were inside during the robbery, and surveillance footage captured clear images of the suspects. Fort Worth police detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying those involved.
