MacArthur Blvd. Intersection to Close Nov. 15-16 for Reconstruction Work

The intersection of N. MacArthur Boulevard and W. Rochelle Road will be closed starting Friday, Nov. 15 at 9 p.m. and will remain closed until Saturday, Nov. 16 at noon. During this time, no traffic will be allowed into the intersection.

Detour signs will be posted, directing north- and southbound MacArthur traffic to Story Road or N. O'Connor Road. Motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes to avoid potential delays.

This closure is part of Phase II of the MacArthur Boulevard Reconstruction Project, a $27.9 million, two-year initiative aimed at improving drainage, water system infrastructure, and street quality. Phase II of the project is expected to continue through Fall 2025, weather permitting.
