On November 22, 2024, 78-year-old Harles Randle Allison was found guilty by a jury in Tarrant County for sexual child abuse. The case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorneys Marina Thomas and Grayson Ezzell. The DA investigator was Brent Ezella and the victim coordinator was Laura Medina.
After the conviction, Allison was sentenced to 99 years in prison on each of four charges of indecency with a child by contact.
In July of 2023, several young girls reported that an older male family member sexually abused them. The Haltom City Police Department handled the investigation into the allegations. As a result, Allison was taken into custody on August 29, 2023.
During the trial, two additional adult victims told the jury that Allison also abused them when they were children.
