Irving Seeks Volunteers for Regional Homeless Census on January 23

The City of Irving, in collaboration with Housing Forward, is recruiting volunteers to assist with the regional Homeless Point In Time Count on January 23, 2025. This annual census helps communities assess the scope of homelessness and inform the development of targeted programs and services for unhoused individuals.

Volunteers will receive training the evening of the count to ensure accuracy and effectiveness during the process.

How to Volunteer:
Interested individuals and groups can sign up at housingforwardntx.org/volunteer, selecting “Irving” as the Count Area.

Volunteers must be 18 years or older to participate. While the city will try to assign registered groups to the same team, assignments may vary based on volunteer needs.
