The Fort Worth Police Traffic Investigation Unit is currently investigating a fatal hit-and-run accident that occurred on December 27, 2024, at approximately 8:10 a.m. on IH-30 near Highway 580, located on the 11600 Block West Freeway.
The victim, a pedestrian, was struck by a red Toyota sedan, which fled the scene. Evidence collected from the scene indicates the suspect vehicle sustained damage to the driver’s side mirror and front quarter panel.
