McKinney Police have arrested Hassan Haitham Muhsen, 19, and Conner Jay Gebhardt, 19, charging them with Capital Murder following a fatal shooting early Wednesday morning.
At approximately 4:06 AM on January 29, officers responded to a residence on Collin McKinney Parkway, where they found a 19-year-old victim with a gunshot wound to the chest. The victim succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
Later that evening, at 7:30 PM, officers from the Intelligence Unit, Criminal Investigations Division, and Patrol conducted a traffic stop in the Glen Oaks/Stonebridge area, taking the suspects into custody without incident.
