Kenneth Earl Horrice, 46, pleaded guilty to Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and was sentenced to 35 years in prison in a Tarrant County courtroom on Monday, June 23rd.
The charge stems from an incident on July 8, 2024, when Horrice followed a 14-year-old girl at an Arlington apartment complex. He cornered her near a trash dumpster, threatened to kill her if she told anyone, and then sexually assaulted her. The victim bravely contacted the Arlington Police Department, leading to Horrice's arrest.
The case was prosecuted by Alec Trono, with DA investigator Josh Neiswender and Victim Coordinator Imelda Lopez assisting.
