The Dallas County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal hit-and-run that occurred early Saturday morning, June 21, 2025, on eastbound Interstate 20 at Main Street in Duncanville.
Deputies responded to the scene around 1:45 a.m. and discovered a pedestrian who had been struck while walking in the roadway. The victim succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash.
Detectives with the Vehicle Crimes Unit have identified a person of interest believed to have been driving a white Chevrolet Equinox with Texas license plate LGP5505. The vehicle fled the scene traveling eastbound on I-20 and may have sustained front-end and windshield damage.
