DESOTO, TX – Courtland Brandon Davis, 46, of Cedar Hill, was arrested on Thursday, July 10, 2025, after allegedly exposing himself to an adult female at a local hotel located at 2700 Travis Street. This incident marks his third charge for indecent exposure, elevating the current offense to a State Jail Felony.
At approximately 11:20 A.M., DeSoto Police (Bravo Shift) responded to a report of indecent public exposure. The female caller informed police that an unknown adult male, described as wearing all black, had exposed his genitals to her without provocation and then aggressively approached her. When the caller stated she was contacting the police, the suspect fled the scene on foot, but not before the victim managed to photograph him.
While checking the area, DeSoto police located a subject matching the description, who was identified as Courtland Brandon Davis. The victim positively identified Davis as the individual who had exposed himself. A review of Davis’s criminal history revealed two previous convictions for indecent exposure.
Davis was arrested and transported to DeSoto Jail, awaiting arraignment. No injuries were reported during the incident.
