PLANO, TX – Alberto Ventura Salinas, 40, of Plano, has been arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct - Peeping into a Dwelling following an investigation into a report of a male looking into a child's bedroom window.
The investigation began on Saturday, July 12, 2025, when a Plano resident filed a police report alleging that a male was observed looking through a window of their home into their daughter’s bedroom. Officers conducted a thorough investigation, including reviewing video footage from the home security system, which led to the identification of Salinas as the suspect.
On Thursday, July 17, 2025, at approximately 10:30 p.m., Plano Police Officers arrested Salinas.
It was discovered during the investigation that Salinas is a resident of the same neighborhood where the incident occurred. While no physical exposure was reported during the incident, his behavior raised significant concern, leading to an arrest warrant being issued.
