KILLEEN, Texas — On Tuesday, July 29, 2025, 27-year-old Killeen Police Officer Isaiah Guerrero turned himself in to the Bell County Jail on an outstanding warrant for Assault with Bodily Injury – Family Member. The charge stems from an off-duty incident investigated by the Temple Police Department. Guerrero resides in Temple, TX.
Guerrero was arraigned the same day by Justice of the Peace Susan Criss, who set his bond at $10,000. He has been with the Killeen Police Department since January 2022 and is currently assigned to the Patrol Division.
The Killeen Police Department has opened an Internal Affairs investigation. Guerrero has been placed on paid administrative leave pending the outcome, in accordance with Civil Service Rules that govern due process and employment procedures during misconduct investigations.
