10 Most Wanted Fugitive Arrested in Dallas for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child

Jose Marquina-Bonilla

DALLAS – On Sunday, August 3, 2025, Northwest patrol officers conducted a surveillance operation that led to the arrest of 33-year-old Jose Marquina-Bonilla, who had recently been added to the Texas Department of Public Safety’s 10 Most Wanted Criminals list.

Marquina-Bonilla was wanted by Grapevine Police Department for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Young Child, a first-degree felony.

While patrolling in the 2900 block of Community Drive, officers observed his unoccupied vehicle. Uniformed and covert officers set up a perimeter and waited until Marquina-Bonilla got inside and drove away. A felony traffic stop was initiated, and he was taken into custody without incident.

He was booked into the Tarrant County Jail with bond set at $250,000 by a Tarrant County Magistrate. Authorities confirmed Marquina-Bonilla is an illegal alien, and an immigration detainer has been placed on him.

“All of our officers, uniformed and covert alike, demonstrate attentiveness and patience every day,” said Executive Assistant Chief Jesse Reyes. “This incident and its outcome clearly show how these skills help them apprehend dangerous criminals and keep our city and our neighboring cities safe.”
