On Wednesday, August 13, 2025, North Central CRT officers arrested 43-year-old Martin Deanda following a surveillance operation in Dallas.
Deanda was recently placed on the Texas Department of Public Safety’s Top 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders list for a warrant issued by the Dallas Police Department for failing to comply with sex offender duty to register, a third-degree felony.
Covert officers located Deanda in the 5800 block of Spring Valley Road, confirmed his identity, and took him into custody without incident. He was booked into the Dallas County Jail.
