DALLAS, Texas — Dallas Police are investigating a fatal shooting that left a 32-year-old man dead Monday evening in South Dallas.
Officers responded to a shooting call around 7:15 p.m. on October 6, 2025, in the 4500 block of Metropolitan Avenue. When they arrived, they found Anthony Anderson, 32, suffering from gunshot wounds.
Dallas Fire-Rescue transported Anderson to a nearby hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
Detectives say an unknown suspect shot Anderson, but no arrests have been made. The case remains under active investigation, documented under case number 144363-2025.
