On Friday, January 16th, the Irving Fire Department responded to a three-alarm fire at the Regal Parc Phase II Apartments (formerly called Windridge) located at 2440 N. MacArthur Blvd.
The estimated loss from the fire is $140,000.
12 Units were affected, with only one being vacant. The displaced families have been assisted by the Red Cross.
No injuries were sustained.
According to Fire Marshall, Ken Lewallen, the fire is still under investigation.
