A search warrant executed on February 20, 2025, in the 2000 block of J B Jackson Jr. Boulevard resulted in the seizure of a substantial amount of drugs, firearms, and body armor, and the arrest of two men.
Authorities seized several firearms, including a pistol equipped with a "Glock switch," a short-barrel rifle, and body armor. Additionally, they recovered more than 12 pounds of marijuana, nearly 500 grams of THC wax, over 30 grams of alprazolam, oxycodone, and amphetamine, as well as items used in the manufacturing and distribution of illegal narcotics.
Alandre Henderson and Camron Beverly, both 23, were arrested and charged with Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Possession of Marijuana between 5 and 50 pounds, and Manufacture and Delivery of a Substance in Penalty Group 2.
The search warrant was the culmination of an investigation into an aggravated assault that occurred at the same location on December 13, 2024.
The Dallas Police Department commended the collaborative efforts of CAPERS, the PNI Task Force, Patrol, SWAT, and K9 units for their work on the case.
