Two men are dead and multiple others were injured in a shooting on Gulden Lane in West Dallas near Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge on February 24, 2025. Two suspects have been arrested.
Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 3100 block of Gulden Lane at approximately 10:55 p.m. and found multiple victims had been shot.
- Abdulla Al Badry, 18, died at the hospital.
- Osvaldo Gutierrez, 20, later died at a hospital after self-transporting.
- Three other victims were transported to local hospitals, one of which was treated and released.
Detectives determined that the shooting stemmed from an argument between two groups.
Manuel Alvarez, 18, and Fernando Sanchez, 19, have been arrested. Both were charged with murder and aggravated assault. Their bond was set at $1 million.
UPDATE: On February 26, 2025, Joshua Soriano, 19, died as a result of his injures.
