On Tuesday, March 18, 2025, officers with the Operations Division began investigating criminal activity at a residence in the 900 block of Canary following information obtained from an unrelated arrest.
Based on their investigation and multiple traffic stops, the Criminal Investigation Division obtained a search warrant for the residence.
During the search, officers arrested two individuals and seized:
- 7 rifles
- 3 shotguns
- 4 handguns
- Several high-capacity magazines
- Thousands of rounds of ammunition
- Approximately $13,000 in U.S. currency
- Scales and multiple items of drug paraphernalia
In addition to the weapons and cash, officers also seized:
- Approximately 9 lbs of THC oil
- 2 lbs of marijuana
- 18 grams of methamphetamine
- 481 doses of LSD
The investigation is ongoing.
