Ethan Isaiah Rodriguez, 23, has been arrested and charged with Capital Murder in connection to a fatal stabbing that occurred on March 23, 2025.
Dallas police responded to a call for service in the 800 block of W 7th Street at approximately 8:50 PM. Upon arrival, officers found a man lying on the ground with a stab wound.
Dallas Fire-Rescue pronounced the man dead at the scene. The victim was identified as 28-year-old Mason Raymond Davis.
On March 24, 2025, Rodriguez was arrested and charged with Capital Murder of Multiple Persons, Evading in a motor vehicle, and Possession of Marijuana. His bond was set at $1,025,000.
The investigation is ongoing, and the case number is 040964-2025.
