Dallas police have arrested two men and seized a significant quantity of drugs and firearms following the execution of a search warrant near Lincoln High School.
On March 20, 2025, officers executed a search warrant in the 3000 block of Marburg Street as part of an investigation into the manufacturing and distribution of illegal narcotics.
The search resulted in the recovery of:
- 11.3 pounds of marijuana
- 133.7 grams of THC wax
- 5.4 grams of Oxycodone tablets
- 12,471.3 grams of Promethazine
- 1,019.2 grams of THC edibles
Marcus Davis, 23, and Jaylen Johnson, 18, were arrested and charged with first- and second-degree felonies for Manufacturing/Delivery of a Controlled Substance, as well as a third-degree felony for Possession of Marijuana. Davis was also arrested on unrelated warrants. Davis' bond was set at $356,500. Johnson's bond was set at $82,000, but the U.S. Marshals have requested a hold as they investigate a case of aiding and abetting.
The Dallas Police Department commended the PNI Task Force, Gang Unit, SWAT, K9, Drones, and Patrol teams for their collaborative efforts in the investigation.
