Repeat Offender Sentenced to 10 Years in Fort Worth for Evading Arrest in Stolen Vehicle

Terron Hadnot

Terron Hadnot, 30, was sentenced to 10 years in prison after a Tarrant County jury found him guilty of evading arrest/detention with a vehicle.

The conviction stemmed from a November 1, 2024 incident where Hadnot, driving a stolen vehicle, led Fort Worth Police on a 13-mile pursuit. During the chase, Hadnot ran red lights, stop signs, and sped recklessly.

Evidence presented in court revealed that Hadnot is a repeat offender with a 2016 felony conviction for burglary of a habitation and is a member of the Bloods criminal street gang.

The case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorneys Brianna Bustamante and Bill Vassar.
