Christopher C. Goza, 31, of Arlington, was sentenced to 30 years in prison after pleading guilty to Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child in a Tarrant County courtroom on March 28, 2025.
Court records indicate that Goza sexually assaulted a young family member over a period of four years, beginning when the child was approximately five years old.
The Arlington Police Department conducted the investigation into the abuse.
Assistant District Attorney Kassidy Durfee prosecuted the case, with assistance from DA Investigator Michael McGuire and Victim Coordinator Imelda Lopez.
