Dallas Police have arrested and charged 34-year-old Robert Lockridge with Murder in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred at an apartment complex in the 200 block of Stoneport Drive in southeast Dallas on Friday.
On April 4, 2025, officers responded to a shooting call and found 24-year-old Tyrle Brown who had been shot. Dallas Fire-Rescue personnel arrived and determined that Brown had died at the scene.
Following a preliminary investigation, Robert Lockridge was identified as the suspect and subsequently arrested. Lockridge is charged with Murder and his bond has been set at $1 million.
The Dallas Police Department is continuing its investigation into this incident, which is documented under case number 047118-2025.
