Dallas police have arrested 21-year-old A San Poemei in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred on April 12, 2025, in the 7200 block of Fair Oaks Avenue in the Vickery Meadow area.
Officers responded to a shooting call at approximately 10:30 p.m. and found two individuals who had been shot. One victim, 27-year-old Mohamad Hassan Bin Mohamad, was transported to a local hospital where he died. The second victim was hospitalized in stable condition.
Following the preliminary investigation, A San Poemei was arrested and charged with Murder and Aggravated Assault.
The investigation is ongoing under case number 051280-2025.
