Narcotics officers with the Dallas Police Department’s Special Investigations Division seized 77 pounds of methamphetamine, with a street value between $700,000 and $1 million, on April 15, 2025. The seizure occurred during an ongoing investigation targeting a high-level Dallas-based illegal narcotics trafficker.
In addition to the methamphetamine, officers discovered smaller quantities of cocaine and evidence indicating heroin distribution. A search warrant was executed, leading to one arrest.
The Dallas Police Department stated that this is an active investigation being conducted with the assistance of their DEA task force federal law enforcement partners.
