Fort Worth Police are investigating a homicide after officers discovered a deceased woman during a welfare check in the 9900 block of Farmers Branch St. on Friday, April 18, 2025, at approximately 1:30 a.m.
Upon arrival, officers encountered a man at the front door who had blood on his person. The man was taken into custody. Inside the residence, officers located the body of a deceased female.
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office has identified the victim as 58-year-old Asian woman, Teresita Sundiang Sayson. The manner of death has been determined to be homicide resulting from blunt force head injuries.
The Homicide Unit is actively investigating the circumstances surrounding this incident.
