Dallas Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred early Wednesday morning in the 3700 block of Parry Avenue, near the Fair Park grounds.
Officers responded to a shooting call at approximately 4:25 a.m. and found one person who had been shot. Dallas Fire-Rescue also responded, and the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim has been identified as 71-year-old Percy Howard.
The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are asking anyone with information to contact Detective F. Serra at 214-662-4552, referencing case number 056804-2025.
