The City of Irving will host a lively cultural celebration at Heritage Park on Saturday, May 17, from 2 to 6 p.m., highlighting the diverse heritages that shape the community.
The free event will feature live music, dance performances, and global cuisine. Visitors can enjoy an array of food vendors offering international flavors, as well as take part in cultural arts such as henna tattoos, face painting, calligraphy, caricature drawings, and balloon art.
Families are encouraged to attend and explore hands-on crafts, an interactive chalk mural, and a Children’s Entrepreneur Market showcasing local youth vendors.
Heritage Park is located at 217 Main Street in the heart of downtown Irving.
Live performances and opportunities to dance, including salsa around the Heritage Park stage, will round out the afternoon of cultural celebration.
