Green Acres Nursery & Supply is ringing in the arrival of spring with its TX Spring Kick-Off events at both the Melissa and Irving locations on Saturday, March 21. The family-friendly celebration invites guests of all ages to spend the day enjoying live music, seasonal activities, planting demonstrations, delicious food, and special in-store savings. Admission to the events is free, making it an ideal outing for families and garden enthusiasts alike.
At both locations, the festivities run from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and guests can immerse themselves in a full day of springtime fun. Children and adults alike will enjoy interactive experiences including hands-on planting demos, a petting zoo, face painting, and complimentary popcorn. Visitors can also enter free raffles throughout the day and listen to live music as they browse a wide selection of plants, flowers, and outdoor living furniture and accessories. Rathbun’s Curbside BBQ will be on site, offering a limited menu of their fan-favorite barbecue to complement the spring celebration. In addition to activities and entertainment, shoppers can take advantage of event-day deals and Hot Buys available throughout the store.
