The Fort Worth Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a man who was the victim of a hit-and-run crash on Monday, May 5, 2025.
The incident occurred at 6601 Northwest Loop 820, on the eastbound service road in northwest Fort Worth, near Lake Worth.
Police have released a photo of the man and are asking anyone who may recognize him or have information about the crash to contact Fort Worth Police at 817-392-4222 and reference report number 250032448.
The investigation is ongoing.
