Jamie Hackney, 36, of Fort Worth, has been sentenced to 50 years (600 months) in federal prison after pleading guilty to charges of producing and transporting child pornography. The sentence was handed down by United States District Judge Reed O’Connor on Friday, May 30, 2025, and announced by Nancy Larson, Acting United States Attorney for the Northern District of Texas.
Hackney entered his guilty plea to a two-count indictment in February 2025. According to court documents, the investigation began when the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children issued a Cybertip to the Fort Worth Police Department (FWPD) concerning images uploaded to Hackney’s Google account. The FWPD's subsequent investigation uncovered forensic evidence indicating Hackney used a minor to create and transport child pornography.
The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Fort Worth Police Department and prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Allyson Monte.
