On the evening of June 2, 2025, Dallas Police responded to a call for service at approximately 8:00 PM in the 7900 block of Forest Lane in North Dallas.
Upon arrival, officers discovered an unresponsive woman inside the residence. Dallas Fire-Rescue arrived shortly after and pronounced the woman, 30-year-old Olivia Leann Rodriguez, deceased at the scene.
Following the initial investigation, police arrested 33-year-old Teray Montrell Sam. He has been charged with Murder. His bond was set at $1 million.
According to detectives, the victim and suspect were known to each other.
The case remains under investigation and is being documented under case number 078619-2025.
