The Fort Worth Police Department is appealing to the community for assistance in locating witnesses to a fatal hit-and-run collision that occurred on Monday, May 26, 2025, at approximately 11:57 p.m. The incident took place on the IH-30 Eastbound lanes, specifically between Green Oaks Road and Alta Mere Drive.
According to police, a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle while attempting to cross the eastbound traffic. The driver of the striking vehicle failed to stop at the scene or report the collision to 911.
