Ex-Radio Host Gets 6 Years for Probation Violation in Mansfield Sex Assault Case

Justin Frazell

Justin Barrett Frazell, 51, a former local radio host at 99.5 The Wolf, was sentenced to six years in prison on Monday, June 16, by Tarrant County Judge Steven Jumes. Frazell's sentencing comes after he violated the terms of his probation stemming from a 2022 sexual assault conviction.

In 2022, Frazell, known for hosting "LIVE From The Front Porch," pleaded guilty to the sexual assault of a 17-year-old girl at his Mansfield home. The Mansfield Police Department investigated the crime. At the time of his conviction, he received a sentence of seven years of deferred adjudication, which included a requirement to undergo sex offender treatment. However, Frazell failed to complete the mandated treatment and was subsequently discharged from the program, leading to the revocation of his probation and the prison sentence.
