DALLAS, TX – The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in identifying a female suspect captured on camera shooting a victim in the 4700 block of S. R L Thornton Freeway on June 30, 2025, at approximately 4:10 a.m.
According to police, the incident began with a brief verbal altercation between the victim and the female suspect at the gas pumps. During the argument, the victim slapped the female suspect once, leading to a physical altercation. The female suspect initially left the location with a companion but returned approximately 15 minutes later.
Upon her return, the female suspect exited her vehicle, chased down the victim, and fired a total of seven shots, striking the victim three times in the leg. The suspect then fled the scene in a dark four-door sedan.
The investigation is ongoing and is documented under case number 092621-2025.
