Dallas Police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened early Sunday, September 21, 2025, in the Oak Lawn area.
Officers responded to the 4100 block of Cedar Springs Road around 1:20 a.m. and found 48-year-old Thomas Sebastinelli with gunshot wounds. Dallas Fire-Rescue also responded, but Sebastinelli died from his injuries at the scene.
Police arrested 32-year-old Earnest Polk, who has been charged with Murder.
