SACHSE, TX – On September 26, 2025, at approximately 1:17 p.m., officers from the Sachse Police Department responded to the 3400 block of Blossom Drive following a report of a robbery.
The victim told officers that he confronted several individuals attempting to steal his vehicle. During the confrontation, one suspect displayed a firearm before fleeing. No shots were fired, and no injuries were reported.
Shortly after, officers were alerted to a traffic collision at State Highway 78 and Murphy Road involving a vehicle that matched the stolen car from the earlier robbery, reported stolen out of Lewisville. The occupants fled on foot toward Garland.
Sachse Police, in coordination with Garland Police, conducted an extensive search of a heavily wooded area using drones, K-9 units, and helicopters. One suspect has been apprehended, while the search for additional suspects continues. Authorities believe the individuals may be linked to similar offenses in other cities in the area.
