On October 6, 2025, Dallas Police Officer Dekoven Joshlin, #11528, turned himself in to authorities in response to an active warrant for Harassment, classified as a Class B misdemeanor. Officer Joshlin has been with the Dallas Police Department since May 2018 and is currently assigned to the Northwest Patrol Division.
Following his surrender, Officer Joshlin has been placed on administrative leave while an internal investigation is conducted. The department confirmed that the investigation is ongoing and no further details will be released at this time.
