On Tuesday, December 2, 2025, Dallas Police responded around 10:50 a.m. to a report of a shooting in the 4600 block of S. Hampton Road. Initial investigation indicated that 32-year-old Jerrian Jones had been shot.
Further investigation revealed that Jones had actually been stabbed earlier in the 2100 block of W. Ledbetter Drive. He was transported to a local hospital, where he later died from his injuries.

UPDATE: On December 3, 2025, the US Marshal Service North Texas Fugitive Task Force arrested 32-year-old Alexandria Hubbard. Hubbard was taken to Dallas County Jail and was charged with Murder.
